In order to help to develop future leaders, we need to give our pupils real leadership opportunities which have real processes and real outcomes. We know that, as well as having positive effects on the individuals, their leadership will also have a positive impact on our school. We aim to develop pupils’ leadership skills in order to have their voice heard, take ownership and responsibility and work to continually make improvements to our school.
