At Ainslie Wood we have a range of Enrichment Activities for the children to get involved in. These are optional and must be booked in advance. Every week on Mondays and Thursdays (depending on year group), a company called Rock Steady visits our school to teach the children how to play an instrument and be part of their very own band. They can showcase their new skills to their parents and perform with their band in a Rock Steady concert!

We also have frequent competitions and tournaments, such as Football, Tennis, Badminton and Basketball. The children recently attended a Dodgeball festival which is a great opportunity for our pupils to show off their skills and feel like part of a team.

We often have a cycling course called Bikeability taking place within our school, allowing the pupils to learn how to ride a bike or become more confident in their abilities. Bikeability is an important part of our program as an active, healthy and sustainable school.
