Year 6 become Architects using Build with Chrome

"Sunflowers", by Year 6

Year 6 children were inspired by Vincent Van Gogh and re-created his painting "Sunflowers" in the form of clay vases. The children made their vases out of clay and once they were dry they painted them. After the paint was dry they gave them a shiny glaze by using PVA glue. To create the sunflowers, the children chose a range of brightly coloured tissue paper and attached them to wire. This project took a couple of days to complete and all of the children were extremely proud of their finished products. Well done!
